Tanyeli is an experienced bellydance artist in Blacksburg dedicated to honoring the rich cultural heritage of Middle Eastern (Oriental) dance. She performs both as a soloist and with Mandara, a world fusion bellydance ensemble.
As a dance professional, she considers herself a lifelong student of the dance and continues her education through private lessons, intensive workshops and seminars. She strives to elevate the art of bellydance with skillful, thoughtful performances and a sincere desire for cultural understanding.
