Learn an ancient and beautiful art form, while discovering the dance, music and cultures along the Silk Road. Bellydance is a low-impact, core-intensive activity for all body types and sizes. This class will focus on the proper technique, muscle isolations, and traditional movements of this dance, building coordination, grace and confidence. Please wear comfortable clothing and feel free to bring a hip scarf if you have one!

No experience necessary. All levels of dancers are welcome!
